NORTHWESTERN CAMDEN...MERCER...GLOUCESTER...NORTHWESTERN
BURLINGTON...SOUTHWESTERN MONMOUTH...MONTGOMERY...BUCKS...
PHILADELPHIA AND DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 355 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Gauges on
small streams in Montgomery, Bucks, and Hunterdon Counties have
shown rapid rises this morning.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill,
Bensalem, Evesham, Mount Laurel, Manalapan, Ewing, Norristown,
Chester, Willingboro, Deptford, Voorhees, Medford, West Deptford,
Glassboro, Lindenwold and Phoenixville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
