...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH LATE
FRIDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy wet snow possible. Total wet snow accumulations of
  2 to 6 inches, with higher totals possible in the highest
  elevations.

* WHERE...Sussex County in New Jersey.

* WHEN...Precipitation should transition to snow Friday morning
  and will continue through Friday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions,
  including during the evening commute on Friday. Strong winds are
  possible as the snow falls, producing localized whiteout
  conditions. Tree branches could fall from the combination of
  wind and snow.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
