MONTGOMERY AND NORTHEASTERN CHESTER COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has moved out of the area. While some small streams
are running high, the flood threat has ended.  Therefore, the Flood
Advisory for Chester and Montgomery Counties has been cancelled.

...THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL
845 AM EDT FOR SOUTHERN HUNTERDON AND NORTHWESTERN BUCKS COUNTIES...

At 727 AM EDT, a few heavy thunderstorms continue moving through the
area. Rainfall rates over 1 inch per hour are possible in a few
locations. The Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory will therefore
remain in effect until this heavy rain moves out of the area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
