The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Northwestern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 530 AM EDT.

* At 134 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding in the
  advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen with
  another one to one and a half inches of rain possible.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Bernville, Strausstown and Centerport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
