The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 145 PM EDT.

* At 926 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain had moved
  out of the area. However, several small streams in the area
  continue out of their banks, and so the Flood Warning has been
  extended until 145 PM.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Pottstown, Phoenixville, West Norriton, Collegeville, Royersford,
  Trappe, Elverson, Pughtown, Valley Forge, Chester Springs,
  Cedarville, King Of Prussia, Stowe, Spring City, Pottsgrove, South
  Pottstown, Evansburg, Eagleville, Kenilworth and Audubon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
