...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 AM EDT FOR
CENTRAL OCEAN AND EAST CENTRAL BURLINGTON COUNTIES...

At 411 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain fell across the
warned area and resulted in 3 to 5 inches of rainfall. Although the
heaviest rain has moved south of the region, light to moderate rain
continues, and flash flooding is ongoing.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Toms River, Beachwood, Presidential Lakes Estates, Seaside Heights,
Wrightstown, Holiday City-Berkeley, Bamber Lake, Cedar Glen Lakes,
Whiting, Holiday City South, Pine Ridge At Crestwood, Browns Mills,
Dover Beaches South, South Toms River, Island Heights, Country Lake
Estates, Silver Ridge, Crestwood Village, Holiday City and Holiday
Heights.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
