...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 AM EDT FOR
CENTRAL OCEAN AND EAST CENTRAL BURLINGTON COUNTIES...

At 202 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is
expected to begin shortly, if not already ongoing.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Toms River, Beachwood, Presidential Lakes Estates, Seaside Heights,
Wrightstown, Holiday City South, Dover Beaches South, Holiday
City-Berkeley, Bamber Lake, Cedar Glen Lakes, Whiting, Pine Ridge At
Crestwood, Browns Mills, Leisure Village West-Pine Lake Park, Dover
Beaches North, South Toms River, Island Heights, Country Lake
Estates, Silver Ridge and Holiday City.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
