The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  East central Burlington County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 645 AM EDT.

* At 1251 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
  warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen in some
  areas over the last hour or two with additional rainfall amounts
  of one to two inches in the next couple of hours. Flash flooding
  is expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain,
  especially where training occurs.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Beachwood, Presidential Lakes Estates, Seaside Heights,
  Wrightstown, Holiday City South, Dover Beaches South, Holiday
  City-Berkeley, Bamber Lake, Cedar Glen Lakes, Whiting, Pine Ridge
  At Crestwood, Browns Mills, Leisure Village West-Pine Lake Park,
  Dover Beaches North, South Toms River, Island Heights, Country Lake
  Estates, Silver Ridge and Holiday City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
