The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Central Ocean County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 400 AM EDT.

* At 1202 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  flooding. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen with
  additional one to three inches over the next couple of hours.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Barnegat, Beachwood, Seaside Heights, Lakehurst,
  Mantoloking, Dover Beaches North, Holiday City South, Pleasant
  Plains, Dover Beaches South, Holiday City-Berkeley, Bamber Lake,
  Cedar Glen Lakes, Whiting, Brookville, Pine Ridge At Crestwood,
  Leisure Village West-Pine Lake Park, Leisure Village East, Cedar
  Glen West and Leisure Village.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
