SUSSEX...SOUTHWESTERN KENT...EASTERN TALBOT AND SOUTHERN CAROLINE
COUNTIES...

At 1057 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest of the
rain has moved out of the area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain fell
over the advised area.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Easton, Georgetown, Seaford, Denton, Millsboro, Laurel, Federalsburg,
Milton, Bridgeville, Delmar, Trappe, Dagsboro, Preston, Ellendale,
Smithville, Gumboro, Agner, Choptank, Windyhill and Andrewsville.

Any minor flooding will continue to subside tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
