The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for Minor Flooding in Poor Drainage Areas for...
  Northern Kent County in central Delaware...

* Until 1145 PM EDT.

* At 642 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  up to 1.5 inch of heavy rain has fallen over the area since late
  this afternoon. This will result in minor flooding, particularly
  in poor drainage areas.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Camden, Cheswold, Hartly, Rising Sun-Lebanon, Rising Sun,
  Dover Base Housing, Dover Speedway, Wyoming, Kenton, Little Creek,
  Leipsic, Rodney Village, Kent Acres and Highland Acres.

Additional rainfall of less than one inch is expected over the area
this evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
