The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for Small Streams in...
  Southwestern Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 1045 PM EDT.

* At 638 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 2
  to 4 inches of rain had fallen in southwestern Sussex County.
  Additional thunderstorms are moving back into the area but
  movement is fast enough to limit the duration of heavy rain.
  Additional rainfall of up to one inch is possible early this
  evening. Excessive runoff will cause flooding this evening.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Georgetown, Seaford, Laurel, Delmar, Sycamore, Blades and Bethel.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, farmland, and other low lying spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
