The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northern Kent County in central Delaware...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 345 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving slowly from north to south across the area.
  Rainfall rates over one inch per hour have been reported. This
  will result in minor flooding and roadway ponding in the advisory
  area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Middletown, Smyrna, Camden, Clayton, Cheswold, Hartly,
  Woodland Beach, Green Spring, Hazlettville, Delaney Corner, Dover
  Speedway, Dover Base Housing, Townsend, Wyoming, Odessa, Kenton,
  Little Creek, Leipsic and Chambersville.
