The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Western Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  Southern Kent County in central Delaware...
  Southeastern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 240 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving slowly from west toslow moving east across
  the area. Between one and two inches of rain has been reported in
  the Advisory area. This will lead to minor flooding, and more rain
  is on the way.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Georgetown, Milford, Seaford, Denton, Laurel, Harrington,
  Federalsburg, Bridgeville, Ellendale, Smithville, Agner, Sycamore,
  Andrewsville, Blades, Greenwood, Houston, Bethel and Farmington.
