  Northwestern Cape May County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 237 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Ground reports indicate up to 3
  inches of rain has fallen in a few spots during the past few hours.

  Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the areas of
  heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Vineland, Millville, Bridgeton, Cumberland, Laurel Lake, Woodbine,
  Estell Manor, Shiloh, Corbin City, Leesburg, Dorothy, Dennisville,
  Bricksboro, Eldora, Mauricetown, Belleplain Forest, Mays Landing,
