KENT COUNTY...

At 220 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heaviest rain has either
dissipated or moved out of the advisory area. However...water may
remain high in poor drainage areas from earlier rain, so the Flood
Advisory will continue until excess runoff drains away.
