FOR CENTRAL KENT COUNTY...

At 140 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Dover Base
Housing, or over Dover, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Dover, Camden, Cheswold, Bowers, Woodside, Viola, Rising Sun-Lebanon,
Rising Sun, Hazlettville, Dover Base Housing, Dover Speedway,
Wyoming, Frederica, Magnolia, Little Creek, Rodney Village, Kent
Acres, Riverview, Highland Acres and Woodside East.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm, and
the storm will affect the beaches. For your safety, immediately move
off the beach and seek shelter indoors.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
