...AN AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SOUTHWESTERN
ATLANTIC...SOUTHEASTERN CUMBERLAND AND NORTHERN CAPE MAY COUNTIES...

At 100 PM EDT, a cluster of strong thunderstorms located over
eastern Cumberland and southwestern Atlantic counties are moving
east at 10 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph and dime size hail are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Vineland, Millville, Ocean City, Cumberland, Pleasantville, Somers
Point, Northfield, Absecon, Margate City, Laurel Lake, Woodbine,
Estell Manor, Longport, Corbin City, Leesburg, Beesleys Point,
Dorothy, Bricksboro, Mauricetown and Belleplain Forest.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
