The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Camden County in southern New Jersey...
  Northeastern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  West central Burlington County in southern New Jersey...
  Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1215 AM EDT.

* At 819 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain which will cause urban and small stream flooding in the
  advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen in the
  past hour. Additionally, the ground is already saturated across
  the advisory area due to heavy rain that fell yesterday afternoon
  and last night.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill, Evesham, Mount
  Laurel, Voorhees, Lindenwold, Hammonton, Bellmawr, Woodbury,
  Riverside, Berlin, Palmyra, Magnolia, Westville, Woodbury Heights,
  National Park, Brooklawn and Chesilhurst.

Additional rainfall of one-half to one inch is expected, which will
result in minor flooding, especially in areas of poor drainage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
