At 429 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Presidential
Lakes, or 19 miles west of Toms River, moving southwest at 10 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this storm.

This storm will be near...
  Chatsworth around 445 PM EDT.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is also occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
