The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  West central Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  Southwestern Kent County in central Delaware...
  Southeastern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 100 AM EDT.

* At 903 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Seaford, Denton, Federalsburg, Preston, Agner, Harmony, Smithville
  and Griffin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
