The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1245 AM EDT.

* At 813 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms moving into the advisory area. This will cause minor
  flooding. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen across
  portions of the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Mount Pocono, Tobyhanna, Jim Thorpe, Nesquehoning, Weatherly,
  Pocono Pines, Pocono Raceway, Lake Harmony, Skytop, Mountainhome,
  Canadensis, Blakeslee, Long Pond, Albrightsville, Christmans,
  Gouldsboro State Park, Arrowhead Lake, Meckesville, Lansford and
  Summit Hill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
