* Flood stage is 23.5 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to stay near flood stage tonight.
* Impact...At 23.7 feet...Minor flooding begins in the town of Port Deposit,
  Maryland.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 23.5 feet on Apr 19
  2011.
