The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  East central Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1145 PM EDT.

* At 748 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported that flooding is
  ongoing in Topton. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Kutztown, Topton and Lyons.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
