  Northwestern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1000 PM EDT.

* At 606 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Elkton, Havre De Grace,
  Calvert, Pottstown, Coatesville, Wyomissing, Downingtown, Elsmere,
  Kennett Square, New Castle, Birdsboro, Oxford, Sinking Spring,
  Laureldale, Parkesburg and North East.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
