  Northwestern Kent County in central Delaware...
  Northeastern Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 945 PM EDT.

* At 544 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Middletown, Elkton, Smyrna, Chestertown, Clayton, Rock Hall,
  Charlestown, Cecilton, Millington, Betterton, Warwick, Old Town,
  Glasgow, Bear, Bohemias Mills, Newtown, Brantwood, Morgnec, Delaney
  Corner and Crumpton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
