...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM EDT FOR
EAST CENTRAL BERKS COUNTY...

At 434 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported that the Sacony
Creek is overflowing its banks and flooding Bowers Park and nearby
homes in Bowers. Two to three inches of rain have fallen in this
area. Even though rain has ended in this area, flash flooding may
continue for the next several hours.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Topton and Lyons.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
