  East central Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Southeastern Lehigh County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 400 PM EDT.

* At 311 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lyons, or 12
  miles northeast of Reading, and is nearly stationary.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
           possible.

* Locations impacted include...
  Emmaus, Kutztown, Fleetwood, Topton, Bally, Bechtelsville, Lyons,
  Ancient Oaks, Zionsville, Boyertown, Macungie and Alburtis.
