* Flood Advisory for...
  South central New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northwestern Cumberland County in southern New Jersey...
  Salem County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 226 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Pennsville, Carneys Point, New Castle, Salem, Woodstown, Alloway,
  Quinton, Delaware City, Elmer, Saint Georges, Hancocks Bridge,
  Newport Meadows, Port Penn, Hope Creek, Bear, Olivet, Seabrook
  Farms and Chambersville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
