The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  East central Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 400 PM EDT.

* At 101 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. Rainfall rates in excess of an inch in thirty
  minutes are occurring with these storms. This will cause minor
  flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Fleetwood, Topton, Bally, Bechtelsville, Lyons, Boyertown,
  Mount Penn, St. Lawrence and Reiffton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
