CENTRAL KENT COUNTIES...

At 228 PM EDT, radar indicated showers were located along a line
extending from near Hazlettville to near Seaford. Movement was
northeast at 30 mph.

Heavy rainfall is occurring with these showers...and may cause
ponding on roadways and poor drainage areas. Do not drive your
vehicle through flooded roadways.

Occasional lightning may also develop at any time. Lightning can
strike 15 miles away from a thunderstorm. If you see lightning or
hear thunder seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.

Locations impacted include...
Dover, Georgetown, Smyrna, Milford, Seaford, Denton, Laurel,
Harrington, Camden, Clayton, Federalsburg, Milton, Bridgeville,
Greensboro, Oakland, Ridgely, Cheswold, Sudlersville, Ellendale and
Bowers.
