The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Western Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  West central Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  South central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 433 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of moderate to
  heavy rain associated with showers moving across the advisory
  area. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to one inch of rain has already fallen in some areas with
  additional rainfall expected.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Chester, Pennsville,
  Carneys Point, Swarthmore, Elsmere, Kennett Square, New Castle,
  Penns Grove, Salem, West Grove, Delaware City, Newport, Arden,
  Stanton, Glasgow and Talleyville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses
as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
