The Flood Warning continues for
  The Susquehanna at Conowingo Dam.
* At  9:30 AM Thursday the stage was 24.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 23.5 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 26.0 feet by Friday
  morning.
* Impact...At 24.8 feet...Backyards and basements on Main Street and Tome's
  Landing begin to flood.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 26.2 feet on Mar 23
  1994.
