* Flood Advisory for...
  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Western Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1215 AM EDT.

* At 822 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated of moderate to heavy rain
  associated with showers moving across the advisory area from the
  south and moving into the area from the west. Rain rates of at up
  to one inch per hour will cause minor flooding in the advisory
  area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, West Chester, Elkton,
  Calvert, Norristown, Chester, Pottstown, West Deptford, Glassboro,
  Phoenixville, West Norriton, East Norriton, Pennsville,
  Coatesville, Yeadon, Westtown and Smyrna.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses
as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
