and this could lead to localized urban and poor drainage flooding.

Thursday. The greatest risk for heavy rainfall will shifts eastward
toward the coastal plain Wednesday and Thursday. In general, the risk
of flooding, including flash flooding, will increase as soils become
increasingly wet, and as river and creek levels rise following each
successive round of locally heavy rainfall.
