The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 545 PM EDT.

* At 139 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, West Chester, Coatesville, Wyomissing, Downingtown,
  Kennett Square, Birdsboro, Hamburg, Fleetwood, Sinking Spring,
  Laureldale, Parkesburg, West Grove, Womelsdorf, Wernersville,
  Newmanstown, Leesport, Adamstown, Honey Brook and Shoemakersville.

Rainfall amounts above one inch are expected with this round of
thunderstorms. This additional rain, combined with the already
saturated ground, will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
