...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTHWESTERN NEW
CASTLE...NORTHEASTERN CECIL...CENTRAL BERKS...CHESTER AND
SOUTHWESTERN DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 124 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Strausstown to Kemblesville.
Movement was north at 30 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Reading, Newark, West Chester, Coatesville, Wyomissing, Downingtown,
Kennett Square, Birdsboro, Sinking Spring, Laureldale, Parkesburg,
West Grove, Womelsdorf, Wernersville, Newmanstown, Leesport, Honey
Brook, Elverson, Bernville and Strausstown.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
