The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northeastern Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southwestern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 345 PM EDT.

* At 1249 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Newark, Middletown, Elkton, Calvert, Oxford, Parkesburg, North
  East, West Grove, Rising Sun, Charlestown, Cecilton, Millington,
  Betterton, Glen Roy, Blake, Glasgow, Bohemias Mills, West
  Nottingham, Mount Vernon and Morgnec.

Additional rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain combined with the already saturated ground will
result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
