The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Southwestern Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southwestern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Western Kent County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 230 PM EDT.

* At 1030 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Talbot, Centreville, Romancoke, Rock Hall, Trappe, St.
  Michaels, Oxford, Grasonville, Tilghman Island, Stevensville,
  Skipton, Copperville, Langford, Chester, Overton, Wye Mills,
  Hambleton, Windyhill and Cordova.

Additional rainfall of around 2 inches is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
