  Eastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Western Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Eastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* At 456 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in
  minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Reading, Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, West Chester,
  Elkton, Bethlehem, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Pennsville,
  Coatesville, Emmaus, Westtown, Northampton, Carneys Point,
  Downingtown, Elsmere, Kennett Square and New Castle.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
