* Until 500 AM EDT.

* At 1255 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Reading, Wilmington, Newark, Middletown, West Chester,
  Elkton, Bethlehem, Norristown, Chester, Pottstown, Phoenixville,
  Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton, Pennsville, Coatesville,
  Emmaus, Westtown and Northampton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
