At 1258 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Newark, moving
northwest at 35 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Newark, Elkton, Calvert, Coatesville, Elsmere, Kennett Square, New
Castle, Oxford, Parkesburg, North East, West Grove, Honey Brook,
Elverson, Newport, New Morgan, Glen Roy, Blake, Stanton, Glasgow and
Mount Vernon.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
