The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Western Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  Southwestern Kent County in central Delaware...
  Eastern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 245 PM EDT.

* At 1050 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one and a half inches
  of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Seaford, Laurel, Harrington, Federalsburg, Bridgeville, Delmar,
  Goldsboro, Viola, Smithville, Agner, Sycamore, Sandtown,
  Andrewsville, Felton, Blades, Greenwood, Houston, Bethel,
  Farmington and Riverview.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
