The Flood Warning continues for
 The East Branch Brandywine Creek Below Downingtown.
* until this evening...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  1:45 AM Monday the stage was 8.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 10.1 feet by early this
  morning. The river will fall below flood stage this afternoon.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet...Jefferson Avenue in Downingtown floods. Business Route
  30 and Pennsylvania Avenue also flood.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.1 feet on Sep 18
  2004.
