At 107 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Pellettown, or
9 miles northeast of Newton, moving north at 25 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Port Jervis, Montague, Franklin, Hamburg, Ogdensburg, Sussex,
Branchville, High Point, Vernon Valley, Pellettown, Hainesville,
Crandon Lakes and Highland Lake.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
