The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  North central Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 100 AM EDT.

* At 852 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of showers and
  thunderstorms producing very heavy rain moving north across the
  warned area. A quick 1 to 2 inches of rain will fall, which is on
  top of the earlier heavy rain. Flash flooding is expected to begin
  shortly in the areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Reading, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Hamburg, Fleetwood,
  Sinking Spring, Laureldale, Wernersville, Topton, Leesport,
  Shoemakersville, Elverson, Bernville, Lyons, Lenhartsville, New
  Morgan, Spring Ridge, Fairview Hgts and Shillington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
