NORTHERN CECIL...CENTRAL MONTGOMERY...WEST CENTRAL BUCKS...
SOUTHEASTERN CHESTER AND DELAWARE COUNTIES...

At 334 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Hatfield to near Elam to near Rising
Sun. Movement was southeast at 15 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, Newark, West Chester, Calvert, Norristown, Chester,
Phoenixville, Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton, Westtown,
Conshohocken, Souderton, Swarthmore, Elsmere, Kennett Square,
Collegeville, Oxford, Chalfont and Trappe.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
