The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 230 AM EDT.

* At 1128 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in
  Northern Sussex County due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor
  flooding. Up to one and a half inches of rain have fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Port Jervis, Montague, Franklin, Hamburg, Ogdensburg, Sussex,
  Branchville, High Point, Vernon Valley, Pellettown, Crandon Lakes,
  Highland Lake, Hainesville and Upper Greenwood Lake.

Additional rainfall of around one inch is possible over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
