...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT SUSSEX...NORTH CENTRAL
WARREN AND NORTHERN MONROE COUNTIES...

At 725 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Milford to near Dingmans Ferry to
Pocono Pines. Movement was east at 30 mph.

Winds up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with these storms,
especially in northern Sussex County.

Locations impacted include...
Port Jervis, Newton, Montague, Mount Pocono, East Stroudsburg,
Tobyhanna, Franklin, Hamburg, Ogdensburg, Sussex, Milford,
Branchville, High Point, Henryville, Werry Lake, Pocono Pines,
Millbrook, Vernon Valley, Skytop and Mountainhome.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
