The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Ocean County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 330 PM EDT.

* At 122 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain due to thunderstorms moving over the same areas. This
  will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between one and a
  half and two inches of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Barnegat, Tuckerton, Surf City, Beach Haven West, Manahawkin and
  Ocean Acres.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is
imminent. The high tide around 2 PM may exacerbate flooding.
